Sounds like you got your answer as to where to find it. I would invest in a heart monitor. It will track the actual calories that you burn doing any kind of activity. It runs around $35 at Big 5 or Nike came out w/ a new one that is just the watch prob a little more expensive. It is a wonderful tool to have.

My long term goal os right around 40lbs, but short term is at least 12lbs by Valentine's Day. I trun 42 on Feb. 13th and want to feel good and feel some sense of accomplishment by then. Yoni

Yes, you are preaching to the choir! I am now over forty and need to lose about the same weight. The weight keeps creaping on and I am going to have to work my tail off just to lose a couple lbs a week. It is soooo much harder to lose as you get older.
