  • I fit in a coat that I bought 3 yrs. ago. When I buy a 2 xl shirt it's actually to big. The uniform shirts that I upgraded to a 5 xl actually go down to my knees (time to reorder). I have run a mile in a time I never thought that I could achieve.

  • I'm one of those who have a place to work out at home (treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike and weights) and I try for 5-6 days a week. Be sure to listen to your body and know when to stop and when you have done to much and you should be fine. Be sure to rest at least one day and you should be fine.
