  • I had two eggs, two pieces of microwave turkey bacon, V-8 juice, Dannon Light and Fit 2X protein yogurt for a total of 268 calories and very filling. I usually use egg substitute and add one regular egg to it but was out of it so just went with the regular eggs today!
