We use coconut oil to cook, it's fantastic. I tried coconut water and I wasn't a huge fan of it. Supposedly the benefits of it are numerous but I just didn't like the taste; it tasted like a weird carrot juice to me. I do, however, like coconut milk - but I'm not a huge fan of regular milk anyways.

My first 5k was so much fun! I have a ton of weight to lose and am not an avid runner, so I was expecting it to take an hour at least. I think the other people out there push you to do better because I came in at 39 minutes. I was blown away and I'll definitely be signing up for another one!

This scares me!!! I wonder if I should start walking instead of running now. Anyone else with joint/bone probs from running while in the obese range?

I'm an advocate of hot lingerie! But, on a more serious note, maybe try to talk to him about it? Let him know how much you want him - no, you're not being selfish! I usually don't log calories on my cheat day, but the other days I log EVERYTHING, even half a tablespoon of mustard. lol

1200 to lose, plus I eat back exercise cals. I might up it to 1300 because I started lifting twice a week. It's all trial and error for me!
