I'm currently at 480, so I know what you are talking about. Diet goes first. Cut out all bad food. Eat healthier. Shed some weight then start slow. I can barely walk but I try to be as active as possible at home cleaning.

There are many conflicting things about weight loss, that everyone will have a different opinion. What works for some, will not work for all.
