Hey! Welcome back. We seem to be in a similar spot. I too had success with MFP in 2012 after having my daughter. I'm back trying to lose the baby weight of my 6 month old son. I have 15 more lbs to go. We got this! Add me if you'd like.

1. Onion, bell pepper, Pico Dr Gallo, and broccoli sauteed in a little butter with red pepper flakes. Add 2 eggs and scramble. So filling.. 2. Diced sweet potato, chopped bacon and onion. Saute until bacon renders. Add 2 eggs and kale and cover. Also super filling and delicious

Bacon, sweet potato, and kale... sauteed in olive oil with onion and black pepper. I like it when I get tired of my eggs scrambled with Pico do gallo, green pepper and broccoli.

I agree with possibly cutting out the coffee drinks.. or have it black if you can tolerate it. Also, be careful with things like mayo and peanut butter. 1 tablespoon isn't much, if it's a heaping one Its probably 2 tablespoons. I have that problem with olive oil and salad dressings.. so I now measure them out.

^What she said.. Strength, cardio and abs. There are 3 levels. You do each level for 10 days. I'm on day 7 and I'm going to stick it out. Give it a shot to see if you like it..

I'm also in the same boat! I eat so many veggies that I remain full but calories are way under many days. Weekends are the only days that I stay close to my cal goal and that's because I still have a cheat day... although I'd like to take that out of my routine. I eat a handful of almonds to up my calories. Maybe you could…
