I made this for dinner tonight. Best in oven, but convienient in slow cooker.. Either way brown it first and cook slow and low. Also, add can of cream of mushroom, few dashes of Westchester, and cup of water and galrlic. Use drippings to make gravy. Its fire every time!

I eat it often for my first meal of the day. Sauteed with sweet potatoes and onion in evoo (or with bacon), top it with 2 over easy eggs and enjoy! Its very filling.

I like nuts and eggs. Tuna is great. I also drink lean shakes from gnc (chocolate flavor) and it is amazing! My fave snack is almond or peanut butter on a banana. Keeps you full too.

Im also hypoglycemic. Talk with your doc about a meal plan that will work. Maybe eat smaller meals more frequently. Keep protien heavy snacks on you too. Best of luck!

As a kid id put lots of chili powder in mac n chesse.. Super yummy. I put pb on pancakes/waffles/ french with syrup.. Probably my favorite combo ever. I used to mix pb with syrup and eat it by the spoonful. I Wish i could still do that!
