other option vs eating actual food is to use supplements like protein powders etc and that will boost your calories really fast like processed foods... eating actual whole food that are low cal high nutrient and to fit macros there is alot of volume that has to be consumed.

yea its funny to me how people say how easy it is to hit say 2k calories and then open the diary and see what that 2k is made up of. eating processed high dense calorie foods vs high nutrient LOW calorie foods is a HUGE difference.. also dont forget alot are not taking in enough water as well. Everyone makes that choice on…

well how about protein.. it is all relative anyways really with the x amount of grams of fat carb or protein.. but definitely what works for you is best!!! I always just referred to it as working with macronutrients vs calories. tomato tomato

lifting weights running pilates yoga les mills cxworx I change up lifting patterns ... using cadence is a great way, static holds, alternate from drop sets to high rep lil bit lower weight, super sets etc. i lift 5 days a week, 2 days core, 5 days run.

alot of ppl eat more meals that are balanced to help curve cravings... I couldnt imagine trying to eat all my food in 3 meals.. i barely can or want to eat what i do now.

yup goes along with losing weight.. hence pills shakes and snake oil sales through the roof.

calf raises and also if you dont go to gym where there is a lil machine for the front you can just set a weight on your toes and just lift UP from your heel to strengthen the front.

change macros eat more protein drink lots of water and fibrous carbs. This helps ALOT!

Listen to this guy.. i havent done as much but still ran 5k in 24.36 and im a beginner lol. Stretching can hurt you.
