so is it the number of times you poop per day or the Quantity aka Quality you poop in a day.. am i ok if i take one poop say at 1.5 feet vs 3-5 x's a day at 5" ea equaling about the same? i couldn't imagine pooping 1.5 feet of poo 3-5x's per day..

when doing your plank dont just hold it.. put heels back legs tight as possible then pull your elbows toward your toes... its a Completely new feeling.. and actually really works your core instead of just holding the position!!

I am extremely OCD with fitness and foods. down 125lbs need to be. always thinking what needs to change new exercises, lifts, ways of lifting and always trying new foods and combos for macros etc. weigh, measure and take pics constantly.

it does mess up the dumbbells.. loaded barbell i can understand.. dumbbell drops are the dumbbells doing them. causes the dumbbells to bend. causes them to become loose which causes injuries. the rubber is a JUST IN CASE.. not on purpose to not damage floors.

better to split it.. IMO.. do either first. then round 6 hrs apart do the other.. you should be well rested to give 100% on ea.. otherwise you dont and not so beneficial.
