Amazingly High Protein, Inexpensive
By coincidence, I have discovered that Kraft Mac and Cheese powder (without noodles!) is a low fat, VERY high protein seasoning. Admittedly, not gourmet. I add 30 gm to a can of tuna with half a cup of fat free greek yogurt, as a dip for veggies. It is available in any amount at the local Bulk Barn.

What's the sodium count for that?0

Not trying to say you are a liar, but the cheese pack from my Kraft Mac and Cheese is all carbs... So which one are you using?
25 Calories
1g Fat
3g Crabs (all sugar)
Even the one in the data base for the powder is the same

Yes I'd have my suspicions too.
That said, it probably contains a lot of dried milk powder, which would have some protein.
Just checked your diary - I'm sorry, there's no way something can have 65g of protein for 117 calories, the maths just doesn't add up. I'm guessing it's an error in the database - they do happen.
The Greek yoghurt is good though!0 -
High sodium count! I take this into consideration before using it.0

I'm using the stuff from the Bulk Barn......but got the nutritional info from MFP database.0

Don't trust the MFP database. What do your actual package say?0 -

Did you read my previous post?
I know you want this to be true, but since the database is user generated then errors happen - rather too often, but that's where we are.
One gram of protein has 4 calories. 14g of protein will be 52 calories.0 -

This entry seems to match the one sold at bulk barn better.0 -

Portein has 4 calories per gram
There is no way that something with 25 calories could have 14 grams of protein... The calories from protein alone is 56 calories. The math just doesn't add up. The entry you are using from MFP database must be incorrect.0 -
This is why I input all of my own data. :P0

25 calories and 14g protein is not possible.
1g protein = 4 calories, thus 14g protein = 56 calories. 56 calories =/= 25 calories.
something is not correct. :huh:0
