stay away from any pills first of all... psyllium fiber is awesome.. its in metamucil and like kellogs all bran buds need a mix of soluble and insoluble fibers.

I lift 5 days a week for 1hr high intensity.. LOVE MIKE MENTZER theories. (the sadist) 2 30min core days and 3 days of stairclimber 30min at 70steps per min.

personally i'd say eat more low cal foods to increase your quantity and yes more protein.. also not sure what you are doing for exercise but lifting super important and then some cardio like intervals so that you are hitting your high heart rate.

how much do you weigh? how much do you need to lose.. i went from 300 to 180 and im good.. skin doesnt weight that much unless you are probably sev hundred pounds over.

im not a runner but i did first 5k in 24.36... i did intervals and was jog at 7mph and then runs were at 9.5mph. i was sick for 5 weeks then ran a 10k at 57.10 could barely breathe through my nose.
