I use the Weight Watchers digital scales and they're great. I got them in Argos. They were about £18!

I weigh every day, in the morning. I've lost nearly 60lbs doing it this way - it definitely works for me :)

Brush your teeth after your last meal. Nobody wants to eat after that!

Biscuits and bread. I had a binge on chocolate digestives during the weekend .. I had 10 @ 95 cals each. Not good!

I weigh daily in the morning, aftering being to the toilet and before eating, in my underwear.

Not much really ... I didn't gain/loose at all once I stopped. As always, just be careful what you eat.

I do, but from pregnancy. My son is 2years old now and they've pretty much faded. I can't nor my partner, really notice they are there.

You must make sure you're on an absolutely flat surface. My WW scale used to be all over the place until I found somewhere completely flat for it.

I'm sure he's not drinking it 24/7. Everything in moderation and all that, a can here and there isn't going to hurt or seriously impact anything. A can is 1cal, 500ml is 2cal. Enjoy!

I don't eat bread or pasta - mainly because if I start I cannot stop, so it's easier to eliminate them. I feel so much better for it too.

This. I have a variety of people and intakes on my friends list and I am there to support them all - and before you ask, NO I don't actively support the fact they're starving themselves, I mean I'm there if they need to chat. I don't shut ANYONE out - I'd be devastated if people did that to me.
