Can I come back?
Hello again! After successfully loosing around 50lbs of baby weight last year thanks to MFP I am now back after having baby no2 .. and needing to loose around 50lbs again, oops. MFP works and is amazing, can't wait to get back into the swing of things! Look forward to speaking to you all.

My journey so far, nearly 50lbs down!
I started out in January on Weight Watchers @ 198lbs (just over14st for the UK'ers). I was loosing slow and steady, however I became far too comfortable so joined MFP - the best thing I ever did! I am now 149lbs (10st 9lbs) and just 3lbs away from my goal weight. I am so happy, and so proud of myself. Moral of the story…

The last stubborn few pounds..
I have 12lbs to go until I reach my goal weight, however it's proving tricky to budge. I'm doing the 30 Day Shred every day and at least an hours walking. Do I need to change up my exercise?

Zumba - your thoughts
So, i'm thinking I am going to take up Zumba. Think my body is getting a little bit too comfortable with 30 Day Shred! How regularly are you meant to do Zumba, and for how long at a time? Thank you in advance.

Loosing weight for the last time!
Crikey, i've lost count of how many times i've lost weight/put on weight and tried all the diets under the sun in the 2yrs since my son was born - but this really is the last time. I have just over 1.5st to go until I get to my goal weight. Look forward to chatting!
