The last stubborn few pounds..

I have 12lbs to go until I reach my goal weight, however it's proving tricky to budge. I'm doing the 30 Day Shred every day and at least an hours walking. Do I need to change up my exercise?

I'm in the same position. I've added lifting heavy to my routine, only do cardio 2- 3 times a week now, lift every other day. Seems to work for me, so far! I'm eating a lot cleaner now too, it seems to help.
Add me if you like. It'll be good to have a friend with a similar goal!0 -
Thank you, I'll add you now0

The last 10-15 pounds are always the hardest to lose.
My suggestion is make the deficit as small as possible(half a pound to a pound a week at most) and keep strength training/doing cardio.
30DS is great, but it's not really strength training per say.. it's more circuit training and cardio.
I would look into getting a gym membership if you can so that you can start lifting for real.. and I think you'll see better results that way.0 -
Maybe add in a couple of 24 hour fasts each week. It's helping me.0

Dumb question, but did you set the right goal or is it too thin for your height and how much muscle you have?0
