I've still been walking. I just totaled up from 8/21 to today for 43.5 miles, bring my monthly total to 141. That's an average of 4.7 miles a day :bigsmile: My training plan kicks up more next month. Just one foot in front of the other...

8/15 3 miles running on the road 8/16 1.5 miles at work 8/17 8.5 miles on the road 8/18 12 miles on the road and park 8/19 6 miles on the golf course 8/20 1.5 miles at work Total of 97.5 for the month so far :smile:

8/10 5 miles on the road 8/11 6 miles on the golf cours 8/12 11 miles through town and the park 8/14 1.5 miles at work That brings my grand total to 65, beating my goal of 62, and the month is just half over. I can't wait to see how much it adds up for the rest of the month :glasses:

8/6 update. I did 6 miles on 8/5 and 3 on 8/6. Now just 30 more to go for the month. Just start moving and keep moving :smile:

My 2 mile a day balance was 56 miles to go. I did 11 miles on 8/3 and 6 miles 8/4 to leave 39. I plan on 6 more in the morning :happy:

3 miles a day for days 1 and 2 for a 6 mile total so far. The first 3 miles were on the streets. The second three were a combination of walking, walking upstairs, and running. Witha 2 mile a day goal, I have 56 more to go:smile:
