  • I just started Tapout XT on Sunday. The workouts are hard but I'm enjoying it and looking forward to results in a few months. How is it going for you?
  • ZWOW Workouts (Zuzana Light). They are high intensity 10-20 min workouts and are amazing! I have a love, hate relationship with them. While I'm doing it, I don't like it but the next day when I am so sore I know it's working. It helps because I can always do them before work even if I wake up later since they are so short.
  • Pinterest. It is such a great place to store all my recipes. I have a board that has all of the pictures and I can just click on the one I like and it takes me directly there. I only have to go to one site instead of 10. I highly recommend! I cook every night for 8 people and I find this highly efficient.
