I started 3 weeks ago and love it. Kicks my butt regularly, but that's a good thing. Stick with it and you'll do great. Definitely post your progress. Would love to compare and get motivation from your experiences.

Running has been a great one for me. Relatively quick, I started out with just 10 minutes a day and after 3 months find myself running around 30 minutes per run. Burns lots of calories per run.
