  • Sorry - one side note on my post - the recipe I've used is a bit different..... but very similar! Do not drain the corn, or any of the beans. Also - I use black beans with the liquid instead of refried beans. By using the liquid that comes in the cans you do not need to add the chicken broth. Super yummy!!
  • I've been making this for years and it's not only easy but really good. My friend uses tofu in it instead of turkey and it's good as well. Very filling and tastes even better the next day. I've made it several times without meat and it is just as good. Enjoy!!!
  • I use both - a scale and measuring cups. If you have a spoon that you usually use for dishing up your pasta - fill your spoon as you would and then put it in the bowl on the scale or the measuring cup.
