SInce starting, my weight usually maintains the couple days before and the first day of (not an ounce more or less) and then I usually drop 2-3 lbs by the last day of it.   • Thanks girls! I tried that website - I like it a lot! It really is interesting to see how much variation there is in size for one weight. I guess I will never fully get it lol. Oh well - we are all our own people! :)
  • great to hear people in a similar situation - older or not :). Happy to be your little sis and definitely keep each other on track! I sure we will be be able to loose that 30 lbs (start for me at least!) by the spring.
