I've actually been using can for awhile this is the first time I am using weights....you can also try using 2 water bottle they are heavier than cans

I say finish and move on...this is my 4th attempt at 30DS because everytime I miss days I would try to start over and it never works out.... I've missed a couple day as well and I will continue at Day 7 today...

Didnt have a good weekened I didnt exercise at all... so I am still at Day & hopefully I can catch up and move on to Level 2 soon

OK I'll try that then....cause I'm starting Rip in October for sure.. I also do Zumba a couple times a week if I can fit it in

I was so tired form work yesterday that I missed my work out....but I plan on started Level 2 on Monday so whether I reach 1o days at level 1 or not... I was thinking of doing the work out twice on Saturday and Sunday to catch up on the 2 days I missed, what do you guys think?

I've been doing the 30 Day Shred all week buring about 300 calories. I missed yesterday though because I was extra tired...Will try to double up on Saturday

Did did Level 1 Day 1 last night...and I actually was able to keep up. :blushing: The jumping jacks didnt kill me and although I was using 5 pounds weights I only had to rest a few times.....this is so much better than my last try. I was so excited when i received the DVDs cause the first time I tried the Shred I was using youtube videos...but alas 2 weeks later it is still sitting next to the computer......I just cant seem to get started so Septermber 1st it is.... Just got my DVD and I plan on starting today.... This will be my 3rd attempt...before I was using youtube clips and a print out of the exercises (I couldnt find the DVD anywhere in my country)....Now that I actually have the DVD I am really excited to give it one last go...

Last week wasnt the best...I let work get in the way and my eating went off over the weekend... I'm so bloated I dont even want to weigh in yet :sad: Anyway I also love the challenges too...I'll aim for 60 mins a day...360 mins this week because I take one rest day
