Ops was counting the wrong Sunday... I've burned 1831 calories this week but if i count dancing I did last night which was more than 2 hours thats an extra 1000 calories....way over my 2500 goal... I use MFP to log my calories. I think Sundays weight lifting session burnt much more than what it said but I prefer to underestimate exercise than over. Last week was awesome didnt get my fiber goal but I got my *kitten* back in gear and I'm eating much better... I actually lost 1.5 lbs with TOM and all :love: This week I will exercise 6 days this week burning at least 400 calories per day...so I'm aiming for about 2500 calories this week ...
