I just swicthed to track fiber and realise that on most days I barely get over 15 grams....and I thought I was doing so well....thanks to this challenge I can make a better effort at it

I'm 5'5 At my heaviest (197 lbs) my waiste was 38" and the tummy 42" Now at 177lbs my waiste is 33" (5" less) and the tummy 36" (6" less) Wow just looking at those numbers I cant beleive I was that big :huh:

Great thread..... My hair is short and I've been having major drama dealing with it...cause after exercise it drenched and all the curls are out....I have to either slick it down or go to work looking like a drown rat......to make things worst its breaking alot not sure why...I'm giving it a rest and wearing instant weaves…
