My goal is 10 cups a day (80 oz) Monday ~ 80 oz Tuesday ~ 96 oz Wednesday ~80 oz (maybe I'll drink more before bed) One challenge that I'm actually getting done :blushing:

I'm an apple..despite having boobs and a butt my belly is where i store most of my fat...

If its really bad I walk I find it gets the blood pumping and eases the pain a bit without all the jumping around... Also drink plenty of water. Someone gave me that tip on here and it works wonders for me, the cramping is not as bad as it use to be and I'm convince that water has something to do with it...

I started off really good today...but then our water went off cause something was wrong with it.....so I'm now at 6 cups, 4 more to go before the day is done.

I will aim for 10 cups a day that's 80 oz a day and 560 oz per week. I actually get in about 8 cups in a day but weekends for some reason is always a struggle... By the way I drank 3 cups so far Woo Hoo!! Drink up everyone!!! :drinker:

Ok the challenge didnt go to well this week I burned only 481 calories out of the 2,000 planned and that was from Zumba on Saturday. Anyway this week will be better, snce work wont be as crazy. Congrats to everyone that reahed their goal....and for those like me who messed up, today is a new day and this week is a new week…

I totally wrecked this challenge.... I came home late from work everyday and went to bed....no exercise for me Will try to burn big tomorrow...wont reach my 2000 calories for the week but I'll burn as much as I can.... Keep up the good work everyone!!!
