More, but I since I quit smoking I figure the amount of money I'm saving on cigarettes can easily be put towards the cost of eating healthy. It's really more than a fair trade.

Tell me about it. I've lost close to 45 lbs total and people are always commenting on it. They act as if I'm not looking at myself more and already criticizing the way I look more because of the extra attention to detail that naturally comes with a healthier lifestyle. Unfortunately they don't see these as annoying…

I only count my water as water. I saw on The Doctors that you need to drink a glass of water for every cup of coffee you drink because it dehydrates you.

I just signed up for this yesterday. My starting weight ws 239 lbs. My weigh-in days are Tuesdays so today I'm 233 lbs. 6 lb loss. Someone let me know if this counts.
