For the longest time I didn't have friends but it's pretty cool. I get motivated seeing other peoples accomplishments and the little boosts of support from friends are great

Don't beat yourself up over this. I do it all the time. Most weekends :sad: I usually stay off the scale for that week and try to be more diligent with watching what I eat and even adding in an extra workout if I can. Remember that you're not going to change your body either way over the course of a weekend. It takes time.…
