Ruptured L5 disc
I am just returning to exercise from a ruptured L5 disc. After more than 3 months of recovery I am chomping at the bit to get back at it. Have any of you experienced this? What was your recovery time and how long before you "forgot" about your back? Other than the physiotherapy basics, what exercises did you do? Thanks

Hi everybody. I just love the bar code scanner on the smartphone app. Does anybody know how I can save the foods I scan into my desk top. The scanned foods only seem to be on my mobile app but not on my desktop. Thanks

I have a question about logging activities into mfp while using my FitBit flex. For example, If I go for a brisk walk on my lunch break should I log that into mfp as usual or does the FitBit do it for me automatically. Why oh why do I feel soooo hungry after eating an apple? It is a very convenient snack for me to eat on the job.

Calories burned
Does anyone know how many calories are burned during a 45 minute "bootcamp" class? The class consists of a mix of cardio and weights. We do the typical plyometric type exercises, lunges, burpees, squats, sit-ups, push-ups etc. Some of the exercises we add in weights. A lunge with 2 bicep curls or a squat with a shoulder…
