Why oh why do I feel soooo hungry after eating an apple? It is a very convenient snack for me to eat on the job.

It's never worked for me either. Fruit don't fill me up one bit.0

I have that problem too. I eat one with a handful of almonds or a low cal string cheese and that does the trick.0

The whole an apple a day thing is wrong. It's a glass of wine a day that keeps the doctor away! :drinker:
But on a serious note... Apples, I love them but they too make me feel hungrier after eating one. Try an apple with cheese or nuts0 -
I always eat my apples with a little peanut butter and I feel great after.0

I am the odd ball out...................I can eat an apple and feel just fine. Add some almond butter, nuts or cheese and make it a meal for me.0
