Calories burned

Does anyone know how many calories are burned during a 45 minute "bootcamp" class? The class consists of a mix of cardio and weights. We do the typical plyometric type exercises, lunges, burpees, squats, sit-ups, push-ups etc. Some of the exercises we add in weights. A lunge with 2 bicep curls or a squat with a shoulder press at the top. The rest break consists of skipping. I guess a lot of the exercises are similar to insanity.

Get a heart rate monitor that tracks calories burned, if you're serious about it.
Otherwise, realize these are very generic numbers. It depends on the effort that you're putting out. You could go thru the motions and say you did it, but doesn't mean you burned those calories if you didn't work at it. Conversely, you may put in way more effort and calorie burn numbers would be quite low.0 -
