I sprayed Pam on the bottom of the pan, placed the fish in and put a little spray butter on them (calorie free) then sprinkled a little lemon pepper seasoning, a pinch of sea salt and 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese.   • I took my venison stew meat and cooked in 2 tbs of EVOO until medium rare, bought Heinz fat free beef gravy (tastes so awesome) and poured 1/4 cup (20 calories only) over Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Egg Noodles. The whole meal was like 320 calories as I had some steamed cauliflower on the side!
