I was surprised at how much sodium was in Velveeta. We use cheddar cheese now. It takes longer, tastes great and saves half the sodium or more.

I have friends at work who try to be really supportive. Many of them, still eat out every week or the job provides breakfasts or lunches. I eat in moderation now so it's all ok. I pre log what I can and make adjustments when logging for the next day. We have a calendar on the refrigerator where we plan the dinner meals for two weeks after I go shopping.
