  • Did my walk today for the 6th day in a row - but i wasnt able to log in over the weekend to post. Keep up the good work everyone :-)
  • I made my goal of doing at least two 30 min walks today - one in the am and again in the pm. I walked a total of 3 miles in all today and feel great. Tomorrow I hope to get one walk in before I go Zumba at 10:15am. Keep up the great walking everyone. We can do this.
