If i'm not having eggs then I'm having oatmeal. I usually put precooked "apple smush" I make baking apples in the oven or honey.

One of my favorites is marinating the chicken breasts in greek yogurt, garlic powder, paprika, tumeric, and cayenne pepper. Throw it on the grill the next day with some red bell peppers, onions and sliced tomatoes. Sometimes I eat this with quinoa or just like that.

I have a "cheat day" where I'll drink booze but since I cleaned up my eating I am a light weight and 3 is my limit lol. I always eat clean because I eat to live and not to be a glutton. Having a cheat day helps mentally and physically.

Calories in/out is so important on your fat loss journey. Try to stick with it because it is going to help you adjust. Make sure you start off with a 500 cal deficit from your BMR. I've lost 11lbs in the last 23 days from clean eating and exercising. I have 19lbs to go for my goal and I do not use any supplements unless you count a multivitamin and fish oil? No fat burners, stacks etc. This is more of a lifestyle change for me because I was lucky in my 20's to naturally have a super fast metabolism…

Yes I have to force myself to eat! I mean I don't enjoy eating nor get cravings. This is how I was when I was a kid, I'd always go play rather than eat.
