Little steps before big steps. You have no room for reduction in calories because you are starting out at the bare minimum. Think about how long it took you to gain that much weight. Try this http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html and subtract 200-500 from your TDEE and keep adjusting as you lose…

Check out "Hunger Odor" and see if you fit these signs and symptoms. I could not see your diary but you know yourself better than anyone else

I hope you enjoy your stay here ! I been using this site for 2 years and going strong.

Depends on your tracking method. I don't eat back my calories nor log exercise because I use the TDEE formula and it takes my daily activity + exercise already into account. I personally don't agree with MFP's method and thinks its way off and not productive thus causing alot of confusion within the community. This site is…

Great progress! I am also on the quest to 10% BF with about 3% to go...I wish you all the best!

I get better results when I allow my body to recover and can give it a 100%. Also less risk of injury. Workout 3x week (M-W-F) Run 5k 4x a week (M-W-F-S) Typical Marine routine.

Holy smokes! where's the rest of ya? Epic nuff said.

Totally see it in your face. Keep up the great work man!

Try this http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/rmr-calculator.html PS Are you truly concerned about what the scale says or what the mirror shows? Reason I ask is because I hit my goal weight 2 times already but my true goal is 10% Body Fat which is an aesthetic goal vs a number on a scale.

I rinse all my red meat that was vacuum sealed and blot it dry not due to the fat but because of possible congealed blood or bone saw fragments. However butcher cut steaks I throw straight onto the grill, yeah baby.

QFT. I been using this site for 2 years now and noticed a huge change in the direction of the community. It has become "Facebookish" I only friend people who are open to constructive criticism and who truly want to change their lives for the better. Sharing is caring and stay healthy my friends

*Sigh*(I hate airing my dirty laundry in public) I have no answer to this because I am experiencing the same thing. My girlfriend does not log or watch what she eats and is skinny fat at the moment. She visits me on the weekends and eats healthy then because I cook. I tried to explain to her why she always feels tired and…

Balanced diet with proper vitamins (multi v). Certain foods and lack of cause bloat. Don't forget to drink ample amounts of water as well :)

I sweat when I sleep its crazy! and annoying. I do drink a gallon of water daily and my metabolism is super high. However this just started happening to me when I changed my diet for the better so I am hoping it goes away when I begin my weight gain phase and stabilize my weight. "Night sweats" suck!

Oh yea I know what you mean. There are potlucks at my job once a month and every holiday time so what I do is contribute healthy alternatives such as fresh fruit plates or veggie apps. Get creative! I learned how to cook by changing what I eat. Example: Crispy baked sweet potato chips and spinach and goat cheese stuffed…

Mhmm, hot tortillas with honey and butter!

Thanks! I will try this for sure. I was currently grilling/baking sweet potato slices but this sounds like a great addition.

Yes, definitely eat more and protein enriched foods if you want to maintain muscle (Not sure what your goal is). Are you taking a multi-v? With the low amount of caloric intake you are not getting the proper nutrients your body needs to function. Vitamin deficiencies can lead to bloating. Great tracking though.

Huge difference! No pun intended. Nice work, you know what your'e doing

Discipline and preoccupation.

Running and pushups/pullups. I run 5 miles M-W-F and 10 miles on Saturday. Push ups and pull ups M-F when I wake up.
-
Please tell me when you figure it out! I been an insomniac for 4 years now only sleeping 4-5hrs a night but never feeling sluggish or tired when I wake up for work. I don't believe in taking any med's because I like to be all natural.

Impressive

Gamer for life! Even though my gf's always hated it! If only they'd play with me it would be awesome!

3 months but it really depends on how overweight you are (Body fat %). I went from 21% to 15% in 3 months and now after 6 months I am at 13%. The road to single digits is a tough one! PS This was with proper nutrition + being active/ sensible workouts

I went from drinking all kinds of soda then to coke zero and finally just water. A good approach is weening yourself off plus good old fashioned discipline. I can't even drink sodas anymore because it burns so bad on my throat.

Good job, you can totally see the change in your posture.
