I already do this technically because m-f I only have a protein shake first thing in the morning and don't eat again until after work at 6. As long as I follow calories in vs.out I have been doing great. I didn't read any articles but only followed the basics of deficit and macros.

Drink alot of water. It will give you that full feeling. If you are an emotional eater try stepping outside when you get the urge to binge. Confront it with a physical activity and in time as the inches come off, your confidence will build and hopefully eliminate that depression. Just a suggestion so good luck!

Ya no problem, always happy to help. I did TM last year in Squawk Valley and it was very fun. The best part is overcoming obstacles as a team and celebrating after! I recommend at least trying it once or even volunteering if you don't think you are ready.

I hit 3k on Fridays and Saturdays but I need that fuel for the weekend because I go cross country running or hiking (10+miles) on weekends. Also because I maintain 1500-1800 M-Th and weekends I hit 2-3k which is part of my zig zag diet. This is the only thing that worked for me past my plateau.

I zig zag right now 1800-2200 always hitting my macros (as close as possibly). I don't eat back exercise calories because it is worked out via the zig zag days in the week.

There is a huge misnomer regarding processed foods. Processed foods just has alot of "filler" which includes enormous amounts of sodium and twice the amount of calories. I currently zig zag and it works for me. This method does not work for everyone nor any particular diet and I found this method through trial and error. I only go over on Friday and Saturdays by 200-300 but hitting my assigned macros. During the week, I stick with the daily number and don't go over.
