I did D2W2 last night and it was a lot easier to do the 2nd day. I plan on actually doing Week 2 for 2 weeks instead of just one because I wasn't able to get in my full 3 days this week. I am going to work on increasing my speed a little in that time period because right now I'm walking at 3.5 mph & running at 4.2 mph.

I made it through W2D1 last night & boy was it hard, but I pushed myself and I know if I can do it once then I can do it again! I'm actually starting to like doing it. :smile:

I'm in! I just started C25K a little over a week ago & am starting Day 1 Week 2 today. I'm a little nervous because the run time is longer, but I know if I push myself I can do it.

I like to eat Amy's Organic frozen dinners. They're a little more pricey than the other frozen entrees but they fill me up and are healthier for you.
