I have been working hard 5-6 days a week. This morning I started with Pilates and Yoga and then 45 mins of Zumba at lunch today. I didn't have a good eating weekend but that is okay because I feel terrific!

okay, so today I weighed in and it had been a month since the last time I was on the scale....I gained 2 pounds but I am back on track with making smarter food choices and am working out at least 6 days a week with most days being around 1 hour-1 hour and 15 minutes of moving. I will get there......just 8 pounds to get to…
