Now you move on and forget about it tomorrow. Nothing you can do about it now, it'll only make you go insane if you think about it too much. It's all done with. It doesn't mean you aren't healthy mentally. Even the healthiest people with the healthiest lifestyle and mindset binge. Just don't let it get out of control.…

Water and keeping my mind/hands busy so I don't eat just because I'm bored.
-
Such an inspiration!

Of course not! I drink on average 16 cups a day. Just as long as you aren't chugging tons of water at the same time, and spacing it out through the day you'll be totally fine.

You came to the right place. There's lots of positive people on this site and a lot of support. Welcome and I hope you find it just as useful as I do :)

I log everything that passes through my mouth, so yes even spices lol.

Like above: More protein, cut down on or eliminate any un-needed sugar, fiber, drink lots of water. Find something to keep your brain busy or your hands. Before I started trying to lose weight I was a binger and compulsive over-eater. I know how you feel, the first few weeks were the hardest hunger wise, but it'll go away…

I lost 15 pounds in a month, but I just started out, I was eating a lot and hardly working out so I'm not sure how it happened. But as long as you stick to something you'll lose weight.

How many calories did/do you eat?

I am subscribed to Shape, Fitness, Oxygen and Self. I love them, they are very helpful.

Nope, I just thought it was catchy :p

They work out for 4-6 hours a DAY of high intensity workouts. They are on a very calorie restricted diet. They go against doctors orders, and the trainers still push them. And they dehydrate themselves before weigh ins. You can read articles on former contestants explaining just exactly HOW they lost weight. It's not…

I have 10 pound mini goals. For my first 10 pounds I bought makeup, 20 pounds I'm getting a mani-pedi, 30 pounds getting my hair cut and colored, and so on and so fourth till I'm at my goal.

I've gradually been adding water to my day. I started out only being able to drink 4-5 cups a day.. now I'm up to 16. Yes at first I had to go to the bathroom almost every 30-45 minutes. But I think you slowly get used to it because I can now go longer without going. It's not a big problem for me though if I had to go a…

Like above, yes it does get easier. I drink 16oz with each meal and take sips between every bite. Works like a charm!

Are you anemic? I had the same thing, always tired and then I had blood testes done that showed I had anemia. Ever since I was put on iron pills I feel so much better.
-
My bike, treadmill and elliptical would tell me they miss me.. and i should use them more often :p
-
I drink 16oz with every meal I have (5-6). I take sips between every bite and before I know it my water is gone and I didn't have to force myself to drink it.

I'm 20, I'm always here for support :)

You can do it! I've only been doing this for a little over a week, and I have a long way to go. You seem pretty similar to me when you described your personality haha, so no I don't think you're a wack job. The only reason I never gave this 100% in the past was all on myself. I was always waiting for motivation to "hit…

Light cheese sticks. Hard Boiled Eggs. Rice Cakes. Almonds. Homemade Trail Mix. Salads with dressing in a separate container. Yogurt. Instant Soup Mixes, watch out for sodium though. Bagel thins with some light cream cheese and 1oz turkey slices. Apples and caramel jello mousse temptations. Carrots and hummus. Pre-made…

I can't see any of the pics :/

I just used the hell out of my willpower. It's been over a week hat I haven't used food as my comfort, and everyday I don't feels much better. It also gets much easier. Keep yourself busy and find an alternative source of comfort. You gotta break the habit!

I've always read you should drink half your body weight in ounces. You would need to chug a massive amount of water in a short period of time for it to turn unhealthy or deadly. I drink just as much as you, and it's totally fine :)
