I think you should go to the gym. The big guys started the same as you, use them for inspiration and maybe tips. They weren't born with a 6 pack, they just worked for it and you can do this too if you really want. There is no shame in being the noob as long as you're willing to learn.

I started after reaching my GW and I regred I didn't do it sooner. I would have lost the weight quicker and I wouldn't have been so out of shape now. Being at my GW without being toned and fit shows me that my journey is far from over. Try not to do my mistake.

I was on 1200 and upped to 1430 for the last month. I think I gained a bit at first, but then went down by a pound. My plan is to start moving more while slowly eating more. I don't know if it's a good one :D

I also gave up coffee and started drinking green tea. Just make sure you don't leave the tea bag in for too long or it will taste bad. I'm not a fan of its taste, but I got used to it. I prefer the simple one because it has less artificial stuff in it.
