I have an Xbox Kinect and I highly recommend it too! It lets you excercise without needing a controller in your hand and supports high definition TV. Its been a great tool for me so far!

No, spot reduction does not work. At least not with humans! Meaning, when you lose fat in your body, it is lost throughout your body's fat resevoirs.
