I'm not diabetic but I tend to run into a lot of issues with hypoglycemia. I'll drink diet soda/pop, Powerade zero, propel, those water flavoring squeeze things, sometimes flavored sparkling water, and kool aid packets made with sucralose instead of sugar

I recommend seasonings and extracts. That's what I use and like it. There are even some mixes of seasonings that are cool.

Bagels..thinking about trying bagel thins soon though. Pancakes, things roasted with oil, chocolate chips..sweet stuff I guess lol. And like fries. Potatoes don't like to keep my blood sugar high enough

Definitely agree! I use sugar free syrup in oatmeal all the time and love it. You can bake it in some recipes too if you cook
