  • I have had 3 miscarriages. It took 4 months after my first 1 year after the second and It took me 2 years to get pregnant again after my 3rd one, and I finally had a healthy baby girl! Its possible! Because Im high risk and have multiple reasons I was miscarrying, but I still had a baby!

  • Yes! Forgot that part. Thanks :) What you eat does matter. I try to eat as clean as possible and always get my recommended servings of fruit and above on my veggies most days. And sodium...if you eat a ton of stuff with sodium it will hinder loss. I keep my sodium below 2500.
  • Did you even read what I wrote? I didn't advise her to eat 1200 a day. I told her to find what works for her and eat half her exercise cals back instead of all to see if that might work.
