  • OMG! Those cookies are pure evil. I ate six Tagalongs last Thursday, then entered it into MFP. The calories were over 400. I was having chicken that night for supper, so, I went to the gym and got on the elliptical to burn that off. Needless to say, I did get to eat my chicken, lol.
  • That is great. I set up a blog called "Lowering Cholesterol". I am on Cholesterol & BP meds, due to high in both. Have Coronary Artery Disease. I want to come off, so I have asked my DR to work with me. I am so glad that it has worked for you. That is my goal. CONGRATULATIONS!

  • Each time that I tried that (Cabbage Soup), I was sooooo irritated and cranky. I just don't do it it any more. I feel best when eat normal, but not over eating, and workout. When I am happy, most all is happy. :-)

  • I recv'd my EA 2 last week and am doing the 3 week program. However, I have only done 3 workouts. I must do better if I want to see results. I would like to lose 25 lbs. by this summer. I am very thankful that this thread is here, for support. Maybe that will motivate me.
