I have the same problem. Finally had enough of it and went to a GI doctor. Did a colonoscopy and discovered that I have diverticulitis and scar tissue. He gave me several prescriptions, which were very costly. And also suggested Magnesium Citrate. The really expensive medicine did not work. However the Magnesium Citrate…

I did it and I enjoyed it. When I first started it was difficult and I just pushed myself. I know that she says if you need to, you can stop for 5 seconds, I did 10 seconds, lol. Remember, this is more than what you were doing. :) Good luck.

I would say, if you haven't been working out or exercising, to start walking. Then I would sign up at a gym and start 10 minutes on a elliptical and work you way up. For me, 10 minutes the first week helped me move up to 20 min. the next week. Within 4 weeks I was doing an hour. I lost several pounds doing this. I also…

I started back at the gym yesterday. My plans are the Gym then home for the 30 Day Shred. I am on Level 2 Day 5. My muscles have toned up, but I have not lost any inches so far. Thought that I may need to add the gym in there.
-
I am on Level 2 Day 4. I have done it everyday. After about the 5th or 6th day the pain starts to ease. You just have to push yourself thru. I was SO proud of myself for not giving up. :) You got this!

I wish that I knew this last week. I began the 30 Day Shred and my quads hurt terribly. Both felt like they were ripped (in a bad way). I bet they would have felt better if I would have made me a protein shake. Oh well, now I know. I start Level 2 tomorrow, I may need it then. :)

Did you see a change with the 30DS?
-
I am on Day 9 and have put on 3 lbs. But, I have lost an inch in my upper waist. That is the only difference that I see in me. I am really looking forward to doing Level 2, I am sure that I will see some change when I do that one.
-
Today is Day 9 on Level 1 for me. My quads began hurting really bad on Day 2, so I had to modify, slightly. Now, I am much better with little soreness and can't wait to get Day 10 behind me so that I can begin on Level 2. I really looking forward to seeing great results.

I am on Day 8 of the Stred and I love it. However, I have gained a few pounds, but I have lost 1 inch. My thighs are hard, so I am assuming thats where the three pounds are. I can take that, the inch lost is from the waiste. :)
-
I am on Day 3 also, no wait, I just finished Day 3, lol. I really like it, love the fact that my face is extremely red and I am VERY sweaty when I get done. Thats when I know that I have REALLY worked out.

My sister and I ordered it just the other day. I hope it comes in tomorrw, if so, I am in.

I also have the same problem. I have gone from 90 lbs to 139.....but, I did go for several years not monitoring what I eat because I thought that I would not have a problem and gain weight. LOL, it fooled me. I try to workout at least 5 times a week and have some difficulty getting my weight down, but I sure do feel…

I am really battling with my stomach area. I am so tired of putting on my pants, then my shirt and see that roll. I change every morning into different clothes until I find something that hides it. I am doing a 7 week challenge and 1200 calorie diet and I PRAY that I can make it go away.
-
Welcome aboard...............I am from GA also. Are you North, South, East, West ?
-
You should have "Diet Tools" on the left side of your screen. Everything that you are looking for is there. :)
-
I am 5.0' and weigh 140. I am doing 1200 calories. But, if you notice, you get back the calories that you burn when you workout. So, if you are doing 900 calories and not working out, try working out and burn a minimum of 300 calories and you would be able to eat 1200 calories and not starve. Or burn more than 300 calories…

Great job, Hilarie. I did not make my goal, but, I didn't gain either. I hope next week to meet or exceed my goal.

I work in an elementary school and there were lots of pastries in the teacher's lounge.................i actually walked by and didn't get any. That is a record for me.
-
OMG!!!!!! In the teachers lounge are all kinds of pastries. Not sure why our prinicipal did that, but I have got to seriously stay out of there. Chocolate, glazed, lemon sticks & creme sticks.........I have done better this last half of the week. If I don't go in there, I know I will probably be down for weigh-in. May have…

mamawildbear, the only thing required is to post your weight on Saturday. Then post your weight goal for the following Saturday. Good luck.
-
Shannonwilson86, you deserve to enjoy yourelf these next couple of weeks. I am sure that the concious will play a little with you, lol. Sounds like you have the determination to really kick it when you get back. With that kind of determination you will succeed. Good luck this weekend and congratulations.

So far so good. I have not cheated today. Today is HUMP day, I hope that I will be two humps down by Saturday......:) Everyone is doing a SUPER job lets keep it up. We can work hard these next two days.
-
According to the one who set this up, they have already split the teams. You can always follow along though. Your totals just will not be added in when we do the weigh in, Saturday. But, I personally would love to see your accomplishments.
