You can check out mine! I'll send you both requests!

It really focuses on the planning and timing of your calorie intake, specifically fast/slow digesting carbs. I wish someone would set up a group for ETP!!!

You mean as far as adding back activity calories earned? I don't necessarily eat everything that is added back all the time, but you should eat some of them back.

Hot tea. All day. Every day.

I boil it and use it as a pasta alternative. It takes quite awhile to get tender, but it's very good!!

Just started the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. It's airing now on Starz, but I bought the kindle book on a whim. It's unbelievable! I'm so happy that there are 7 more in the series!

You're looking fantastic! Keep up the great work!

I actually started today! I have the week's meals pretty well planned, and will be going to the store to stock up this afternoon. I'm not doing it specifically to lose any weight, but to determine if some of the foods I'm eating are causing me GI distress. :) Good luck to you!!

If I was back home, Scrapple would be on my plate every. single. morning. I love it and I miss it. It could never be a NO for me!!! - But since I only have it once a year, I make it count :)

We get our K-Cups at Sam's Club, usually. I've also gotten them at Target - the Market Pantry brand. My husband will use a cup twice, but I can only do it once. As far as the brands - try a few different ones - it all depends on your taste!! I have a box of 80 Donut Shop brand and my Keurig spews the grounds everywhere…

I guess I didn't read through all of the responses, but I can say this - go for the reduction. Yes, it's major surgery, but when your burdened, it's worth it. I had it done almost 12 years ago and I've never had a single regret. Now that I'm really losing weight, they've gone down maybe half a cup size... and that's with…

I recently did start weighing my fruits and vegetables. Especially bananas - without the peel! My previous "estimations" were really off, now that I look back. I weigh in grams instead of cup/tbsp/whole fruit, etc. It helps me. :)

YES!!! Thanks for posting about the long lasting effects on your parents' choices FOR you. Yes, as adults we can make our own choices and blame ourselves for it. But as children, we need guidance and depend on our parents for that. You denying your children a specific thing will not only demonize it, but do you really…

I'm hooked on kids' meals! Mcdonalds is a huge treat, but a cheeseburger happy meal with a diet pop or water is around 405 calories. And you'll be surprised that it's just the right amount to fill you up while making you feel like you had a treat without feeling guilty. :) Good luck!!

Almost 31, husband will be 38 this year. No children yet, but we have two spoiled cats :)

I have 2! Jasper & Minnie - we found them at about 4wks old and took them in. My husband was annoyed at first, but they're such a part of our family that I couldn't imagine not having them around! So yes, I'm a legitimate, card carrying crazy cat lady :)

We just found out that at this time we aren't candidates for IUI, so IVF will be our next venture. We've chosen to try some things to make IUI work before opting for IVF. Our insurance covers both, so I am extremely grateful for that. Good luck to you both! Add me if you'd like!

Lissanetti has an amazing rice cheese. Not sure where you're located, but natural/health food stores usually carry it! Good luck!

I used to be a huge flavored creamer junkie. Now, I get a flavored coffee K-Cup (blueberry is my favorite!) I use So Delicious Original Coconut Milk Creamer (10 cal/Tbsp) and a little squeeze of stevia. That's not to say I don't have flavored creamer occasionally. I just decided it wasn't worth the 30-75 calories every…

While I don't adhere to a low carb/no carb lifestyle, I do watch my macros. Recently we had pizza for supper and I really didn't want crust. So... I sauteed a cup of fresh mushrooms with a tiny bit of olive oil. Then I added a little sauce, some cheese, and a few pepperoni. Very good, but different!

1. I see that some people spend less on food. I spend more! Fresh produce isn't always cheap :) 2. Finding someone who can wear my extensive too-big wardrobe. (Finally found someone!) 3. Just last night, to my delight (and slight horror...) sagging, loosening skin around my inner thighs. Weird. 4. My skin is always itchy.…

I have a Fitbit Ultra - and it only syncs when I'm 15ft from my computer. So when I'm going to be away from home overnight, I disable the negative calories. It all catches up eventually.

I used to buy them in bulk after Easter was over and they were on clearance. They freeze very well! This year, however, I've allowed myself to have two of them. I can't imagine the perfection of a cadbury creme egg cheesecake. Too much happy in one place.

I did WW for about 6 months. My results were okay, but the points system has little basis in "real life." I was disgusted that they changed their "formula" for calculating fruits and vegetables. They used to be "free" to encourage you to eat more of them, which was easy to do.$20 a month compared to a free program? No…

Hi! My goal is to lose another 60-75lbs! Started out strong at the beginning, but now am hitting a plateau :(

I do the same thing! I prefer it to any bottled dressing!
