  • Starting Weight- 123 Week 1- 122 Seem to be very busy lately and not eating like I should. Sometimes forgetting to eat dinner. Not Good, I know.

  • Everytime you choose to have water over soda it is a victory. All of those small victories will add up. Great Job and Good Luck! BTW, Crystal Light (or generic) is only 5 calories (I only use 1/2 packet in a bottle of water, which makes it 2.5 calories). It just gives water a little bit of flavor.
  • Put the scale where you want it first. Then test the weight by putting a 10 lb weight on it (like a dumbell). Since it is a dial scale, you should be able to adjust the needle at zero first, then make sure that it is measuring 10 lbs when the weight is placed on it. That's what I did.
