WAS a tad hot earlier, but the clear skies have the temperature dipping in Pontefract. Made the most and bathed the horse today :)

Walking will burn the fat. It will tone up your legs and bum too. When you are more comfortable start doing an upper body workout. You are doing the right thing, stick with it, ANY exercise is better than none after all :)
