The same is happening for me too. I've gotten smaller clothes, but now they are too big. I am currently pinning my size 10 pants. I bought 2 pairs of 8's and noticed that they are a little loose. I guess that I will wait until I notice that I am at a stand still. I don't want to keep buying the "wrong" sizes.

If I don't eat something before a workout, especially when I am taking a class, I become quesy before the end of the class. I usually eat nature valley sweet & saltly granola bar before the gym and it takes me through.

I was just about to say the same thing! I choose Vanilla because of its neutral flavor and the fact that you can mix almost anything with it. It gives me a lot of flexibility when I making my protein shakes.

You know I'm in :bigsmile: This is the week that I am not able to workout as much (due to regularly scheduled activites), so this will definitely be a challenge. But, I am up for it and excited about finding some different activities to do in lieu of not being able to go to the gym.

I too am a lover of flavored creamer. I am not ashamed to say that use International Delight Peppermint Patty flavor. However, I have stopped using sugar and have replaced with 3 Splenda packets. It's zero calories, so I don't feel bad indulging with a flavored creamer.
