I usually weigh every Monday morning to see where I am and to make sure that I have not overdone it during the week.

In some ways, I get it. However, I do believe that some people take it to an unecessary extreme. I, myself choose to wear tank tops and shorts (not too short ;) ) for my weightlifting classes because I need to move freely. But again, I make sure that I don 't look inappropriate. I, too was told by my Dr. that I needed to add more potassium to my diet. He gave me a prescription for potassium pills but I, like you didn't really want to have to take a pill. So, I searched the internet and found and potassium rich shake that I drink in the morning for breakfast. I add a scoop of whey protein to help…

I'm in too! The 3rd one is a little hard as far as the "extra" stuff, but this is the week that I am able to go to the gym more, so I am going to try to do the 300 minutes of workout. Let's get to it!

Whenever I need to be measured, I go to Victoria's Secret. They specialize in bras, so the ladies there are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing and how to measure. By looking at the sizes that you mentioned, you may need a double letter cup and the measurement system that you are using online is not accounting…

I pay $60/month to be a member of American Family Fitness. I take a lot of the Les Mills' classes that they offer on a weekly basis and I also workout on my own utililizing almost all of the fitness machines. It may sound expensive, but it's worth it to me because I need structure and guidance, otherwise I wouldn't benefit…

I like my smile as well :bigsmile: . However, a lot of people tell me that I have an infectious laugh and that when they hear me laugh it makes them happy. I honestly don't know what it is about my laugh or how it sounds to them, but if it makes them happy, then I'm happy and I definitely like that! :laugh: :laugh:
