This week went pretty well for me! I did not get in as many workouts as I had hoped, but my eating was great and I still lost 1.5 lbs so I can't really complain! :) Currently doing Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 and training for a 5K, so hopefully the lbs continue to fall off!

great idea! I weigh every Friday though so mine will be tracked on Friday's instead of Sunday's. :)

The most important things are to stick with it no matter what (we all slip up, you just have to keep on going!) and drink lots and lots of water!!! It's not about dieting, it is about making a lifestyle change! You can do this, just keep your head in the game! :)

I'm definitely on board for this! I have to lose AT LEAST 3.5 more lbs to meet my mini goal for Christmas!

You can make your own chips with potatoes or sweet potatoes. Bake instead of fry and they are much healthier than any store bought version. :)

I love the popcorn chips by special k but would not recommend them to anyone. I had a some and then read the ingredients and researched them and one of them is Butane. Not something I want in my body so threw the rest away. :)

shredded cheddar cheese melted on tortilla chips.....it was always my favorite snack food before I decided to make a lifestyle change.

Love. Love is all you need. It brings happiness. Time will always pass, and money is the least important out of all of them.

That's amazing!! Great job!! :)

I usually exercise 6 days a week. I do walking/jogging intervals 5-6 days per week. I do circuit training 4-5 days per week. I recently finished the 30 day shred and the results from that were amazing! It's very hard and painful, but well worth it. I am constantly switching my workouts up because I get bored easily.

That sounds so yummy! I love my coffee but hate it black and don't like all the added calories when you add the good stuff so that would be a great alternative!! Thanks for the share!! :)

I used to have the same problem. Peanut butter, Almonds, Walnuts, and Greek Yogurt have become my best friends in that department. If you are lacking with protein, you may try to incorporate a few of these into your diet. Egg whites are another great source of protein that's low in calories!! :) I try to always get a good…

LMAO!!! This made my day!!! :)

I always skip that week when it comes to weighing! The scale always goes up a pound or two that week so to avoid disappointment I just do not weigh that week! :)

This is just my opinion, but I feel it is better to set your goal too high than too low. Yes, you may not be able to reach a goal that is too high, but you will work twice as hard to reach that goal. If you set it too low you probably won't push as hard. Great work though! You are definitely doing great!!! :)
