  • Thanks to you two for the workout tips! I wouldn't really want to take my calorie intake any lower, though. It is at 1250 calories per day right now. Any lower would be too little in my opinion.
  • Yes! Getting fit is 80% kitchen, 20% gym. The cleaner you eat the better results you will see! :)
  • I did Level 1 Day 2 yesterday...will be doing Level 1 Day 3 this evening after work! Hope to not be as sore tomorrow. I have done 30DS once before so I didn't expect to be this sore from it. I'm thinking it may be because I can actually do all the exercises now and for the full length of time on each!
